Over the winter, the newsletter hasn’t been out much in the UK – and who could blame it, with the terrible weather we’ve been having! It did, however, have a day out in Canterbury, visiting the Christmas Market, along with a coachload of Camber residents!
The CRA organised the day-trip on 8th December (see page 14) so Camber folk could wander round the ancient city, browsing the European-style stalls that were clustered all around the city centre. Here are some snaps of what they got up to!
In search of some winter sun, the newsletter made a trip to Las Vegas! Colloquially known as simply “Vegas”, and billing itself as the ‘Entertainment Capital the World’, Las Vegas is synonymous with gambling, shopping and nightlife, and is famous for its large and luxurious casino hotels. It is one of the most populated cities in North America, and now someone there has a copy of CCN to read!

Thank you to everyone who sends in photos!
When you go off on your travels, however near or far flung, please take your copy of CCN with you and snap a picture of it in different places, and then send it in to us at cambernews@hotmail.com. If you have finished reading it by the time you take the picture, why not leave your copy at the destination for someone else to read, and maybe they will also fall in love with Camber!
Happy snapping, Camber folk – we look forward to receiving your pictures!
