The Closing Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics took place on the same day as the Camber Village Summer Fete. Whilst we feel a little bit bad for upstaging their event, we applaud the athletes and sports men and women who took part.
Well done, Team GB, for bringing home the following medals:
14 GOLD, 22 SILVER and 29 BRONZE!
That’s a total of 65 medals, ranking 7th in the world! We applaud you all!
The Paralympics 2024 is scheduled to take place from 28th August to 8th September. We will let you know how the Paralympics Team GB fared in the next edition of the newsletter.
