A big Shout-Out to Camber Parish Council and The Gallivant for providing our village Christmas tree on Jubilee Green. It was a beautiful tree and it withstood quite a battering during the inevitable barrage of storms that hit during its time here in Camber.
Camber Community Group committee would like to thank Councillors Trevor and Peter – and their families – for rescuing the Christmas tree after each storm. They kept an eye on the forecast and, between each run of storms, righted the tree once more!
We are sure everyone in the village agreed that it was wonderful to see it back upright after each storm, and applauded the efforts of the Councillors for addressing it.
