The recent Community Prize Bingo evening was held on 17th September in Camber Memorial Hall.
There was a great atmosphere of community spirit with lots of laughter and banter amongst the players!
The caller, Ian, entertained us all with his wit and a good time was had by all.
The prizes included the usual selection of sweets, biscuits, toiletries, a fruit basket, wine, champagne and (of course) a bottle of gin.
There were also games, toys and jigsaws, colouring books, keyrings, a vegetable hamper, ornaments, pictures, various household items and garden goods, as well as a much-coveted travel bag (for which there was stiff competition!)
Volunteers from Camber Community Group were on hand to serve tea, coffee, soft drinks and nibbles, whilst a whopping £380 was raised, which was donated to Camber Community Newsletter.
We would like to thank everyone who came along to play, and make the evening so much fun, and thanks go to those who donated all the wonderful prizes, both beforehand and on the night.

Yet again, Camber folk show what a great community we live in!
The next Community Prize Bingo Night will be on Wednesday 29th October and it will have a distinctly spooky Hallowe’en feel about it!
