More winter sun for the newsletter! This time, it found itself in the ancient city of Loulé in Portugal – where two Camber residents happened to bump into each other! One was visiting family, the other on holiday… what a small world! They both must have been very surprised to see one another so far from home! Thank you for taking the newsletter with you, chaps!
Staying in the UK, the newsletter also travelled to Stratford-Upon-Avon in the West Midlands. A small medieval market town, it is also the birthplace of William Shakespeare.
The Royal Shakespeare Company perform his plays in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and The Swan Theatre, which both back onto the river Avon. Here we see the newsletter with a statue of The Bard himself!

Our reader said, “To go to Camber, or not to go to Camber, that is the question? I left the copy of the newsletter there in the hope that a good citizen of Stratford finds it a great read.”
Thank you to everyone who sends in photos!
When you go off on your travels, however near or far flung, please take your copy of CCN with you and snap a picture of it in different places, and then send it in to us at cambernews@hotmail.com. If you have finished reading it by the time you take the picture, why not leave your copy at the destination for someone else to read, and maybe they will also fall in love with Camber!
Happy snapping, Camber folk – we look forward to receiving your pictures!
