Film: Bird
Camber is full of people who have appeared in film and television over the last four or five decades. Starting this month, we will feature Camber residents who are, or were, in the limelight – past and present – and you might see some unexpected faces amongst them!
This month, we start with a film that is currently in the cinemas across the UK, and also available on Amazon Prime. That film is Bird, starring Barry Keoghan. Filming took place around Kent and one scene, at Ashford International railway station, showed the Bentley Boys as extras. Playing a family travelling on their holidays, complete with suitcases, we can see Jack, Leo and Byron walking through the turnstiles as the protagonist Bug, Barry Keoghan’s character, rushes past them.
