Thank you – and well done – to our local shop! BJ’s on the Beach served the village well throughout the Christmas season. The staff are dedicated, friendly and willing to ‘go the extra mile’ to help their customers, even opening on Christmas Day and Boxing Day – something that the legendary Peter Gilchrist would have been pleased to see happening in Camber, after his years of unwavering service to locals. Sadly, our Post Office has remained closed since before Christmas and into January – for the fourth year running!
